How do Atomic Clocks Work? 

• Atomic clock is an extremely Accurate Timepiece. Most atomic clocks in North America use WWVB's transmissions to set the correct time automatically. They can receive the time signal transmitted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The NIST broadcasts the time signal (WWVB,60KHz) continuously from Fort Collins, Colorado.
• It is expected that the signal can reach a distance of over 2,000 miles from the transmitter. The atomic clock has a built-in RCC receiver for automatic synchronization of WWVB radio broadcasts. Atomic clocks will always be accurate within one second when receiving daily WWVB updates.

What Should I Pay Attention to When Using WWVB Features?

• Make sure your location can successfully receive the time signal, place the clock in an open place or near a window with a good signal.
• Please place the device more than 330 feet away from sources of interference such as TVs, computers, microwaves, radios, etc.
• Closed areas such as airports, basements, factories and areas, in which reinforced concrete was used in the walls, are not recommended.
• If the RCC time signal is not received successfully and the time automatic setting fails, you can also cancel the radio reception and set the time manually.
• Sometimes in extreme weather or weak signal or other disturbances appear nearby, the clock may also appear to receive the wrong time signal instruction. For more information, please refer to the WWVB web page of NIST.
• Do not use the USB cable to power the clock while receiving atomic signals. Otherwise, it will affect the reception of the atomic signal by the clock.
• After 48 hours, if the clock hasn't received the signal, or if you have any queries, problems or do not understand any parts of these instructions, please write to us.

Atomic Self-Setting

Digital Atomic Clock automatically synchronizes itself with the WWVB radio broadcast by the US every day. Digital Wall Clock automatically updates month, day and date. The daily update time is 1:00am, 2:00am, 3:00am, 4:00am, 5:00am. 4 time zones can choose PST, MST, CST, EST, and can choose to turn on or off daylight saving time.

The clock with temperature and humidity can charge devices only when the power cord is connected.

Electrical or Battery Operation

• On-demand backlight illuminates for 5 seconds when operating only on battery operated. (Required 3 new AAA alkaline, not included)

Dual Atomic Alarm Clock

Atomic Alarm Clock separates 2 groups of alarm clocks to help you plan time reasonably. The snooze time can be adjusted from 1 to 60 minutes, and the alarm status is also displayed on the display for easy viewing. In snooze mode, press any key except SNZ/LG to exit.
